Dr. Boudreaux joined our faculty in July, 1993 and has been instrumental in establishing the pancreas and liver transplantation programs. He performed the first pancreas transplant in Louisiana in 1990.
His current interests include the surgical care of patients with neuroendocrine tumors such as carcinoid.
