Through an agreement between the American Medical Association and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the CANM designated this live educational activity, Neuroendocrine Cancers: Networks of Expertise, for a maximum of 20.25 AMA PRA category 1 credit(s). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This event is an accredited group learning activity as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, approved by the Canadian Association of Nuclear Medicine.

Rooms, all with fridges, are $139.00 per night. The rate of $139.00CDN per night is also available for three days before and after the conference. One bedroom suites are $179.00 per night.

How do I register?

Conference registration is $110.00CDN for Patients, Caregivers, and Allied Health Professionals, and $220.00CDN for MDs and others. This covers conference materials and all meals (excluding Saturday evening).

It is a simple 2 step registration process for this conference. Please ensure you complete both steps.
You can register for more than one person at a time, just follow the steps that the registration process takes you through. Payment is accepted by credit card, visa or cheque.
