For the past 10 years Carol has played a primary role in the management, operations and education of InspireHealth, Canada’s foremost integrated cancer care centre. As Director of Programs and Healing Environment, Carol is responsible for the centre’s foundational 2-day educational LIFE Program and ongoing weekly classes, including support groups, relaxation, yoga, laughter yoga, exercise and meditation classes.
Carol is a certified yoga instructor and teaches Relaxation, Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation at InspireHealth and privately.
As Director of the InspireHealth Healing Environment Carol oversees the creation of a congruent organizational model of health, wellness and balance that supports our staff and patient’s health and wellbeing.
