The Daniels’ Beaver Valley Kayak-Bike-Hike Triathlon
On August 18th, 2018, Bailey and Jonathan Daniels participated in the first ever Daniels’ Beaver Valley Triathlon to raise money for CNETS Canada!
For several years, Bailey and Jonathan have done the Ride to Conquer Cancer in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, but this year they decided they wanted to make a greater impact specifically within neuroendocrine cancer, by raising funds for CNETS Canada’s NET Research Fund!
NET cancer has touched Bailey and Jonathan personally – Bailey has been a NET patient since 2002.
Bailey and Jonathan created the Daniels’ Beaver Valley Triathlon, combining three of their outdoor activities with the challenge of doing them in succession in one day. They kayaked 8 km, cycled 50 km, and hiked 10 km in and around Beaver Valley and the Town of the Blue Mountains.
Bailey and Jonathan raised an amazing $27,400 via 147 separate donations to support CNETS Canada’s NET Research Fund!
CNETS Canada is tremendously grateful that Bailey and Jonathan chose to support CNETS Canada’s NET Research Fund for their 2018 fundraising efforts.
Huge THANK YOU to Bailey and Jonathan, for helping to make a difference in the lives of NET cancer patients in Canada!
